After the sell-out success of our Broadway by the Sea concert, it's tough to come down to the reality of preparing for the next concert. But somehow we manage, and we're plugging away.
Our next concert, Opera in the Vineyards, continues to be a very popular one. Our vineyard host this year is season sponsor Vina Robles, in Paso Robles. We plan to hold the concert in the front courtyard, an absolutely stunning location.
Tickets: $45 for table seating, $35 for concert seating. Please be aware that the table seating for our Broadway concert sold out weeks in advance.
Our featured singers include soprano Angela Cadelago (Susanna in PRO's 2008 Le nozze di Figaro), baritone Steven Pence (Figaro in PRO's 2008 Le nozzi di Figaro), tenor Adam Flowers (Rudolpho in PRO's 2010 La bohème), and soprano Nicole Takesono. All four singers are from California, and full bios will come in a later post.
One thing this concert features that seems to be a favorite, is boxed meals from Dining with Andre catering of Paso Robles. Detailed menus will follow in a later post. This year, we're adding wine pairings with the boxed dinner OR hors d'oeuvres.
